Ollie

Meet Ollie

 

He is the offspring of Babe (Brooke's sister) and Mick.  He came to us from Uncle Brian's farm.  He is 4 1/2 months old and just needed a little love and attention.  We are working with him on socializing and experiencing new things (like car rides).  He  is super friendly and LOVES attention.  He has learned to walk on leash and sit.  We is very smart and we will continue to teach him until he finds his forever family.



Sleepy Puppies

The puppies spend 90% of their time sleeping.  They are so cute.  I never really appreciated or understood the term "dog pile" until we had puppies.  They always find each other and snuggle up to or on each other.

Brooke went into labor today.  Blaze came to hang out and support her :)

I only have pictures for 5 of the 8 puppies born in March of 2013.  Not everyone has kept in touch and that is their prerogative.  But it is fun to see how they are growing up.

I know when people are looking for a puppy they are all looking for something different.  It could be a look or energy level that attracts them to a puppy.  MY favorite has always been Lyla.  I thought for sure she would be the first one sold.  Much to my surprise she is the last.  Why? you may ask.  It is a mystery to me.  She is gorgeous, sweet, lovable, social, and playful.  I guess someone had to be last.  Lucky for me it is Lyla.  I do hope she finds a loving family, she deserves the best!

 As the puppies are getting older they are definitely playing more and sleeping less.



Beginner's Agility

 

Porter and Blaze signed up for beginner agility classes with Good Dog Agility.  It was so much fun watching them improve and bond each week.

Porter's favorite part of class was when they got to run the full course.  Blaze's favorite part about class was the one on one time and all the rewards.  I thought they were both rock stars.  Nothing seemed to faze Blaze.

I am really excited about the connection and potential between these two.

 Brooke went into labor around 1 o'clock in the morning.  She did a great job.
